Saw this on Project333's Facebook page yesterday. Since I'm radically purging belongings in preparation for a yard sale, I have come to the realization that I need very little to be happy.
What really matters to me? Spending time with my family and friends. Creating a haven at home. Good food. Making time for things I enjoy. Self-care and health. Making memories.
I just don't care about fancy vacations, name brand clothes, nights out at expensive restaurants, etc. There's nothing wrong it if you can afford it, but it's just never been a priority for me.
I'm a simple girl at heart and it's the little things that make life worthwhile for me.
