Gratitude week 1

This week I am thankful for:

~ A brand new year, a blank canvas in which to create my ideal life.

~ Chocolate donuts.

~ We actually stayed up long enough to ring in the New Year. That hasn't happened in years!

~ Puttering around the house in early morning solitude.

~ Playing games as a family.

What wonderful things to be thankful for, it really is the little things in life that mean the most. Stopping to notice that is so important!

I happened on your blog, maybe through Debra at As I See It. I read your profile and noticed some things we have in common.

You're lucky to be living near the by where you can enjoy the water and beaches. I'm a landlocked Kansas woman. Sigh. You have hurricanes, we have tornadoes. About evens out, I guess.

Love your goals. Have a blessed 2011

I'm thankful my son went to sleep sweetly tonight (with daddy's help…he's been screaming the last few nights I've been trying, so I'm thankful for my husband too!)

I'm thankful my husband went to the market for us today, and I'm thankful my dad came by to spend time with my son, and later grandma came by too :)

Great day!

I love the way you've worded the first one. There is something magical about the new year which helps us see things with fresh eyes and gives us more energy to strive to perfect our life.
