Freezer Cooking?

I've been reading over at Life As Mom about freezer cooking and it got me thinking. It sure would be nice to have a break from cooking by cooking up good stuff in bulk for my family and freezing them for future use. It would save us money in the long run and homemade foods just plain taste better.

I'm going to use the next couple of days to cook what I can to add to my freezer. I'll post pictures and recipes of what I accomplish.

Wish me luck!

I'd be interested in your recipes - I've been thinking of doing this same thing - so that when I really, really do not want to make dinner we don't get stuck with fish sticks and french fries, again!

Be warned, you may become addicted - I did!

Looking forward to seeing what you come up with. I have several fab recipes on my blog if you need some inspiration.

I've thought about freezer cooking myself. I'm always so tired when I get home for work. I usually come home and then cook. It would be nice to have something I could prepare quickly. We often eat fairly late too by the time I get home and get the meal pepared. I'm anxious to see how your adventure goes!

Yes, please let us know how it goes. This is something that I've wondered about, but never tried as it sounds exhausting to cook 30 meals or whatever in one day.
Looking forward to hearing about the results of your experiment!
