I have always liked these cookies.
when I cooked at the Frat houses, those boys loved them too.

Most Okies call them No-Bakes, I like to call them Oatmeal Fudge.

We grew up on these although we always called them unbaked cookies. I've never heard them referred to as Preacher's Cookies but years ago my husband was eating then at work when one of his coworkers called then by another name...one that I wouldn't dare repeat in public.
