A Christmas Quote

Our hearts grow tender with childhood memories and love of kindred, and we are better throughout the year for having, in spirit, become a child again at Christmas-time.

So pretty and where do you come up with these lovely graphics? I wish I could tap into my inner child at this time. Sadly when I do that I'm usually just reminded that my parents are divorced but perhaps I can go farther back this year to when my family was together? I hope so.

=^..^= Ooooo yummy painting!
Makes me want to paint my front door red for the holiday ::sigh:: but alas, no roses here in December.

The quote reminds me to pull out my Little House books and read about their first Christmas In the Big Woods ... I was so taken as a child with the picture of true friendship (Bless Mr. Edwards!) and how special a season it really can be.

=^..^= love, zU
(I'm having great fun filttering about through your archives ... I have missed so much! I don't know where to land first!!)

I just tried to leave a comment
just a few minutes ago ...
(You must have been at my blog at the same time!)

And this is what it (blogger) did:

"We're sorry, but we were unable to complete your request."

It was about the cottage ::sigh::

I'll try again!
Now ... can I remember what I said? Um ...
